Governor Tony Evers has signed a bill which decriminalizes the use of xylazine testing strips.   Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says she supports the bill.  "This is a proactive approach,"  Mueller told WFDL news.  According to the CDC, xylazine is a non-opioid sedative that is not approved for use in people, can be life threatening, and is especially dangerous when combined with opioids like fentanyl.  Wisconsin has […]
