4-23-24 beaver dam man dies from injuries in motorcycle crash

A Beaver Dam man involved in a motorcycle crash in Dodge County earlier this month has died from his injuries.  According to the Dodge County Sheriff's Office,  37 year old Thomas Davis of Beaver Dam died at UW Hospitals in Madison.  The crash happened April 14 on Owl Road where the victim was found in a field.   Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.

The Fond du Lac School Board has approved the hiring of two elementary school  principals.  Melanie Steinbarth has been promoted to principal at Chegwin Elementary.  Steinbarth is currently the Teacher on Special Assignment at Chegwin.  She replaces Nate Groves who was hired as the new District director of Facilities and Safety.  Steinbarth began her educational career in 2003 as a second grade teacher in New Holstein.  She taught first and second grades […]

MADISON, Wis.
