5-28-24 man sentenced to prison in fdl firebombing incident

A Fond du Lac man convicted in a Fond du Lac fire bombing incident is going to  prison.   Fond du Lac judge Anthony Nehls on Friday sentenced Elliot  Schneider to 18 years in prison.  Schneider was convicted of property damage by use of  explosives, recklessly  endangering safety and bail jumping.  A  co defendant Jonas Johnson was earlier convicted and is awaiting sentencing.  Nobody was injured in the mailbox explosion and small fire near the […]

5-28-24 attempted homicide suspect from depere captured in dodge county following high speed chase

An attempted homicide suspect from DePere was arrested following a high speed  chase in Dodge County over the weekend.  Saturday afternoon the Dodge County Sheriff's Office located the suspect vehicle on state Highway 26, who fled at speeds of 125 miles an hour, exiting at State Highway 16 eastbound near Watertown.  The suspect exited the vehicle after going the wrong way on an off ramp and fled on foot.  Thirty one […]
