A winning $350,000 SuperCash! ticket has been sold in Ripon.  The winning ticket was sold at Webster's Marketplace  for the Monday, June 17 drawing.  The winning numbers were 5-6-16-17-19-28.  It is the sixth time in 2024 a $350,000 SuperCash! top prize-winning ticket has been sold.  Before Monday, the largest winning Lottery tickets sold by Webster's included a $20,000 scratch ticket and a $48,000 Badger 5 jackpot.

6-19-24 fdl firefighters respond to amonia leak at milk specialties

Nobody was injured following an amonia leak at Milk Specialties in Fond du Lac.  Shortly before 5pm Tuesday firefighters were called to the scene on Tompkins Street and encountered extremely high amonia readings in a compressure room where product is pressurized for cooling.   Nearby residents were asked to shelter in place as a precaution until a leak in the building was repaired   The shelter in place order was lifted at 10:45pm.  Crews were on the […]

6-19-24 armed man who demanded to see wisconsin governor pleads guilty to misdemeanor

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A man who twice brought guns to the Wisconsin state Capitol building looking for Gov. Tony Evers has pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor.  Prosecutors accused Joshua Pleasnick of coming to the Capitol on Oct. 4 and demanding to see the governor while armed with a handgun.
