MADISON — Gov. Tony Evers, together with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), submitted a new proposal this month to amend the state’s current drinking water standards to reflect the new federal standards for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) contaminants.
