S Military Road – Superior Street to Hickory Street
Schedule: July 2024 through November
Description: The project includes gas main and service relocations, reconstruction of sanitary sewer and laterals, storm sewer and laterals, water main and laterals, roadway, sidewalk and approaches, street lighting and restoration/landscaping.
November 18 to November 22: Concrete pavement and curb throughout Military Road is completed. The concrete contractor will begin pouring sidewalks and driveway approaches. The electrical contractor will be working on installation of the traffic lights at the intersection of Hickory Street and Military Road.
Traffic Impacts: S Military Road is closed to through traffic. Residents, business owners, and customers may access properties past “ROAD CLOSED TO THRU TRAFFIC” signs. It is illegal to drive past a “ROAD CLOSED” sign or to move any construction barricades.
