12-16-24 15 pigs die in fdl county barn fire

Nobody was injured in a fire that destroyed a pole shed in Fond du Lac County. Around 9pm Friday firefighters were called the scene on Lost Arrow Road to find the barn fully engulfed in flames. Fifteen pigs inside the building died in the fire. Investigators believe numerous heat lamps inside the structure may have accidentally started the fire.

12-16-24 campbellsport man killed in two-vehicle crash in fdl county

One person was killed and one person was injured in an alcohol related two vehicle crash in Fond du Lac County. The crash happened shortly before 10 pm Friday on Highway 45 near Highway Y south of Fond du Lac. A preliminary investigation shows a pickup crossed over the center line striking another vehicle.
