1-20-25 fdl police look for armed robbery suspect

  Nobody was injured and Fond du Lac police are looking for an armed robbery suspect. Shortly before 10pm Saturday a suspect entered the R Store on Fond du Lac Avenue and displayed a knife, demanding money and fled on foot.  The suspect was wearing a mask, gray Under Armour sweatshirt and black shoes.  Anyone with information is asked to call police.

Due to water main breaks in other parts of the City, this work has been rescheduled to Wednesday, January 22. The closure of West Division Street between Hickory Street and Boardman Street will be in place until the end of day Monday, January 27.

1-20-25 public information meeting-waupun street project

A public information meeting will be held this month on a street reconstruction project in Waupun.   Construction is expected to begin this spring on the reconstruction of Newtown Avenue and Rock Avenue, and Rock River Drive.  The project is slated for completion in the fall.  The information meeting will be held Thursday January 30th at the Waupun Community Center.
