The victim of a fatal three vehicle accident on Highway 41 near Kewaskum has been identified. The State Patrol says 60 year old John Schneider of Theresa was killed in the accident Tuesday evening. The patrol says Schneider was northbound on 41 when he lost control, crossed the median and went into the southbound lanes of 41 striking a tow truck. The car was tghen struck by a southbound semi unit.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
