James E. Miller will be released from prison after serving time for 2nd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault and Manufacture/Deliver Cocaine. Miller also has a previous conviction for Sexual Battery in the State of Tennessee. Miller was convicted of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old female acquaintance on multiple occasions and an 8-year-old female acquaintance.
Special conditions of James E. Miller’s supervised release:
1) No contact with victim, no unsupervised contact with minors, no presence in taverns, bars, or liquor stores, and no use of alcohol or illegal drugs.
2) Comply with all rules of high risk sex offender supervision and cooperate with lifetime GPS monitoring.
3) Face-to-face contact with law enforcement as required, lifetime registration with Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
James E. Millerwill be living at 457 Thomas Street in the City of Fond du Lac when he is released from custody on September 30, 2014.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
