todayOctober 15, 2014

Wisconsin senator Ron Johnson says additional steps need to be taken to make sure an Ebola outbreak doesn’t occur in the United States.  The Republican senator is proposing that anyone coming to this country from West Africa be quarantined for 21 days.  “We should definately be concerned and we need to do far more from a national basis in terms of our immigration and our border security,”  Johnson said.  “I’ve been proposing that we should if somebody gets into America that has been in these West Africa nations over the last three days we should isolate them for 28 days.  I’d rather be safe than sorry.”  Johnson made the comments in an interview with WFDL news.
