MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Supreme Court challenger James Daley says Justice Ann Walsh Bradley’s tenure has been marked by arrogance and contempt for the rule of law.  Daley, a Rock County circuit judge, told the Wisconsin Technology Council’s board of directors Tuesday that he wants to restore common sense to the court. He criticized Bradley for siding against Republican Gov. Scott Walker’s collective bargaining restrictions and the state’s voter photo identification requirements.  Daley also said he supports a constitutional amendment that would allow the justices to select their chief rather than automatically basing the position on seniority. The state Senate was set to debate the amendment Tuesday. Bradley addressed the board after Daley, saying she believes Daley simply doesn’t agree with her opinions and the amendment would silence Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson’s voice.
