A Waupun man charged in the heroin overdose of a Fond du lac County man has been convicted in a separate case. Joshua Mulder pleaded no contest to bail jumping and operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content-second offense. Charges of owi second offense, and a second bail jumping count were dismissed and read into the record. Mulder is also charged with reckless homicide and manufacture-delivery of heroin. Mulder and two others were arrested for supplying the heroin that led to the death of town of Springvale resident Devin Perry in October 2014. Jason Van Norman of Fond du Lac was sentenced last December to 10 years in prison and 10 years extended supervision for his role. District attorney Eric Toney says all of the players in this case have one common denominator…they are all heroin addicts.
