The Fond du Lac Area Agri-Business Council is teaming up with the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board and Festival Foods, for the 14th annual Fond du Lac Agriculture Showcase on Saturday, March 4 at the Fond du Lac County Fairgrounds Recreation Building. Booths are available for $75. The Fond du Lac Agriculture Showcase is designed as a cost effective way to reach new consumers, with over 2,500 consumers attending the 2016 event. The event features a cheese, sausage and beverage tasting area, kids’ activities, stage presentations and much more! Amy Hanten, “The Cooking Mom,” will return to the stage this year. There will also be a honey inspired recipe contest. This year’s theme is Bees and Cheese, with lots of bee and honey featured activities. The Showcase will kick off at 8:30 am with a trade show until 3 p.m. Admission to the event is $2 and children under 10 are free. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to learn about the impact agriculture plays in everyday life. Cow mats will be available for vendor booths, thanks to Agromatic Inc. For an additional $25, the floor of your booth can be covered with mats to provide greater comfort for you, your staff and the attendees visiting your booth at the showcase.
