MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The state Assembly is set to vote on a resolution next week that would require all state representatives and employees in the chamber to attend sexual harassment training. The resolution calls for the Assembly chief clerk to hold mandatory training at the beginning of every legislative session for representatives, officers and Assembly employees.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
