...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT FROM 1 PM THIS AFTERNOON
TO 4 AM CDT THURSDAY...
* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 5 inches
  are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central, south central and southeast
  Wisconsin.
* WHEN...From 1 PM this afternoon to 4 AM CDT Thursday.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Plan on slippery road conditions, including
  during the evening commute. Bands of heavy snow are expected,
  with snowfall rates exceeding 1 inch per hour at times. This
  will result in rapid accumulations, as well as significant
  reductions in visibility.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Expect snow covered roads
and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. The
