8-9-19 Dodge County Sheriff to Begin Posting Names, Pictures of Drivers Arrested for OWI

The Dodge County Sheriff’s Office is formally announcing that it will begin posting the names and photos of people arrested for OWI onto its Facebook page. In a letter to the public, Sheriff Dale Schimdt writes that the information is already available to the public, and that the postings will start no later than the end of the month. Schmidt says it’s a part of his department’s overall crash reduction strategy which has included speed, stop sign, OWI, seat-belt and other enforcement zones.
