A commercial printer and publisher of yearbooks based in Missouri is purchasing Ripon Printers. Walsworth is the 27th-largest printing company in the United States and one of the top-five book printers in North America. Terms of the sale have not been disclosed. The Ripon Commonwealth Press and affiliated publications are being purchased separately by Delta Media Group. Delta Media owns a digital marketing agency and several newspapers based in Kiel, including the Tri-County News and Tempo Shopping Guide.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
