Congressman Glenn Grothman has signed a bipartisan letter with several colleagues in the Wisconsin delegation expressing support for Governor Evers’ request for Small Business Administration (SBA) Economic Injury Disaster Loans. The letter was sent Friday to SBA Administrator Jovita Carranza. Grothman says with businesses in the state temporarily closing their doors and individuals self-quarantining, it is important that we provide the necessary assistance to the backbone of Wisconsin’s economy, our small businesses.

A house fire near New Holstein claimed the life of a child. Shortly after 2am Wednesday firefighters were called to the scene on Honeymoon Hill Road near County Road T. A child in the home was pronounced dead at a hospital. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
