9-15-20 u.s. senator ron johnson takes president at his word on report over disaparing remark about fallen troops

Republican U.S. senator Ron Johnson says he takes the president at his word when he denies making disparaging remarks about fallen American soldiers.  Johnson says he was in the White House Oval Office when the story broke and heard the president deny it.  Johnson says he believes if there were any words spoken like that they were probably taken out of context.   Johnson says he knows Trump values veterans and our war dead.   Johnson says the president takes his responsibility as Commander in Chief very seriously.
