9-30-20 envision greater fdl president not suprised at frostman resignation

The president of Envision Greater Fond du Lac says she is not surprised that the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development leader has resigned.  Governor Tony Evers Office announced last month that DWD secretary Caleb Frostman had resigned amid an unemployment claim backlog.   Envision president and ceo Sadie Parafiniuk says her office continues to hear that people who were laid off in April and May and have since returned to work still haven’t received their unemployment checks.  Parafiniuk says the backlog is “embarrassing.”
