3-26-21 chairman of republican party of fdl county reacts to defense of voter fraud lawsuit

The chairman of the Republican Party of Fond  du Lac County says his jaw hit the floor when he heard the defense for conservative attorney Sydney Powell as she fights a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems.   Powell’s attorneys told a federal court this week that “no reasonable person”  would conclude her unfounded claims of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election were statements of fact.  Chairman of the Republican Party of Fond du Lac County Rohn Bishop says the first thing he thought was “Holy Cow  what a terrible defense to basically admit you were lying for the last four months,”  Bishop told WFDL news.  “It’s all she really has left.”  Bishop says there’s no question that members of the public took Powell’s words as fact.
