Envision Greater Fond du Lac is launching a new program designed to encourage people to move to Fond du Lac.  Envision president Sadie Parafiniuk says Envision, in collaboration with the county is starting a relocation incentive program using the county’s revolving loan fund.   Parafiniuk says the program would be the first of it’s kind in the state and  will incentivize employers to offer relocation  assistance when  they hire people.  As an example, Parafiniuk says a company could offer an over the road trucker who lives in Iowa, $15,000 in relocation expenses if they would move to Fond du Lac.  Parafiniuk says the idea is to make it as attractive as possible to live in Fond du Lac County.  Parafiniuk says the program is expected to roll out next month.  She says Envision will be reaching out to Fond du Lac  County employers to let them know about the program.
