5-31-22 fdl police investigating snapchat threat against fdl high school students

Classes at Fond du Lac High School have been cancelled Tuesday and police are investigating following a social media threat targeting students  at the High School.  Police received infomation Monday afternoon of a threat on Snapchat threatening gun violence at the school.  The Snapchat referenced  an 11th and 12th grader having a gun and that the school may get shot up Tuesday.  The police department says this incident remains under active investigation.  Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact School Resource Officer Matthew Chevremont at (920) 970-7951, email mchevremont@fdl.wi.gov or the Crime Alert at (920) 322-3740, callers can remain anonymous.
