1-18-23 better business bureau resolutions for fraud-free new year

The Better Business Bureau in Wisconsin is offering residents five resolutions for a fraud-free new year.  Lisa Schiller with the BBB says the first resolution is to be cautious with email.  Schiller says resolve to never send money to strangers.  Resolve to do research before making online payments and purchases.  Never share financial  or sensitive personal information with an unsolicited caller and resolve to be social media smart by making use of privacy settings on social media and only connecting with people you actually know.
