State test scores released by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction show almost half of students are testing at grade level in reading and math. The state Building Commission has approved 50 community projects across Wisconsin including a project in Fond du Lac County. The Commission approved over $160 million worth of projects including a $550,000 project to assist in the construction of a new Tri-County Area Boys and Girls Club site in Ripon.
