A missing toddler was found safe after he wandered into a cornfield behind his home in Fond du Lac County. Shortly before 9pm Sunday the Sheriff’s Office received a report of the missing three year old boy on Marshview Road. Nobody was injured in an attic fire in Fond du Lac County. Firefighters from eight departments were called to the scene on Double D Road shortly before 11:30 pm Sunday. Items in the attic were destroyed with water and smoke damage throughout the house. The cause of the fire remains under investigation but is not considered suspicious.
