8-26-24 missing toddler found safe

A missing toddler was found safe after he wandered into a cornfield behind his home in Fond du Lac County. Shortly before 9pm Sunday the Sheriff’s Office received a report of the missing three year old boy on Marshview Road. 8-26-24 attic fire

Nobody was injured in an attic fire in Fond du Lac County. Firefighters from eight departments were called to the scene on Double D Road shortly before 11:30 pm Sunday. Items in the attic were destroyed with water and smoke damage throughout the house. The cause of the fire remains under investigation but is not considered suspicious.
