6-18-24 new study show planet-first diet cuts risk of death by nearly a third

A new study says a planet-first diet cuts the risk of death by nearly a third.  The diet consists of mostly fruits, vegetables and whole grains.  Fond du Lac County Public Health Officer Kim Mueller says fruits and vegetables are high in anti-inflammatory nutrients and antioxidants.  The study found that a planet friendly diet also dramatically cuts the release of greenhouse gases, in turn helping the planet.
