Two ice fishermen are rescued after they became stranded on Lake Poygan. Winnebago County Sheriff’s Lt. Joe Kroncke says a 911 call came in around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday from an individual who stated he and another man was stranded about three quarters of a mile off Noffke’s boat ramp.
