PLYMOUTH, Wis. (AP) — A 22-year-old Wisconsin woman faces three felony charges after police say she sold dog food as heroin and aspirin as a painkiller to an informant. Megan Meyer of Plymouth is charged with two counts of imitation of a controlled substance and one count of bail jumping. 12-22-15 victim identities released in winnebago county fatal fire

TOWN OF WINNECONNE, Wis. (AP) — The Winnebago County Coroner's Office has released the names of a couple killed in a fire last week.  Deputy Coroner Kim Maki identified them Monday as 68-year-old Albert Klemp, and his 66-year-old wife, Colleen Klemp.  Sheriff's officials say they were found dead after firefighters extinguished a residential fire Wednesday in the Town of Winneconne.

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The Wisconsin Supreme Court has released documents confirming the identity of the prosecutors looking to appeal a ruling halting an investigation into Gov. Scott Walker's campaign.  Five prosecutors were investigating whether Walker's 2012 recall campaign illegally coordinated with outside groups. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — A judge has reinstated a former agent's whistleblower case against the state Justice Department. Dan Bethards sent an email in 2012 to DOJ Criminal Investigation Division Administrator Dave Matthews and DOJ Human Resources Director Mary Casey alleging his supervisor, Jay Smith, was selling guns without a federal license. A federal investigation resulted in no charges and Bethards was fired.
