11-30-15 bedroom fire quickly extinguished

Nobody was injured and a bedroom fire was quickly extinguished at a Fond du Lac home.   Firefighters were called to the scene at 115 Rose Avenue shortly before 6am.  Fire chief Pete O’Leary says it appears the fire started when some clothing was placed on a night-light.  O’Leary says the fire was contained to the bedroom…but there was smoke damage on the second floor.

11-30-15 deadly deer hunt

WAUSAU, Wis. (AP) — This has been Wisconsin's deadliest gun-deer season in the past five years, with two shooting fatalities already recorded.  The two fatalities brought to an end a three-year series of seasons that had been free of firearm deaths.
