NEW YORK (AP) — Kroger plans to buy fellow grocer Roundy's for about $178 million to expand in the Midwest.  Roundy's Inc., based in Milwaukee, owns about 151 stores in Wisconsin and Illinois. 11-12-15 walker signs concealed carry legislation

MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Gov. Scott Walker has signed into law a pair of bills expanding and simplifying Wisconsin's concealed carry law.  One bill he signed Wednesday allows active military personnel from other states who are stationed in Wisconsin for more than a year to apply for concealed weapons permits. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Governor Scott Walker says the best way to celebrate Veterans Day is to try harder to reach out to fellow citizens and stand up for everyone's rights and freedoms. Walker delivered the message at a Veterans Day ceremony Wednesday in the state Capitol rotunda. Two Wisconsin residents killed in action in Vietnam, Leonard Thompson and Lawrence Joseph Butler, were honored during the ceremony.
