Republican Senator Ron Johnson is bringing his re-election campaign to Dodge County Monday. Johnson will be attending Horicon Bank’s annual employee meeting at Old Hickory Golf Club in Beaver Dam. Meanwhile, Johnson says polls showing him trailing Democrat Russ Feingold are “completely meaningless.” Johnson made the comments at a luncheon Friday hosted by Wispolitics.com. A Marquette Law School poll released last month showed Feingold leading Johnson by 14 points.

Vos announced their backing Friday, 18 days after Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker dropped out of the presidential race. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents has approved lifting the cap on out-of-state undergraduates at UW-Madison. The system currently caps the number of out-of-state undergraduates at 27.5 percent of the total undergraduate population at each campus.
