Waupun police arrested a man found passed out in his car.   On Monday officers were dispatched  to a subject that was passed out in an SUV in a North Madison Street parking lot.  After investigating  officers arrested the 25 year old man for OWI 2nd, Operating After Revocation,  Failure to Install an ignition interlock device, Violation of Class D  Restriction,  and Possession of Drug paraphernalia.

A Fond du Lac woman has made her initial court appearance for allegedly embezzling over 200 thousand dollars from her former employer in Dodge County.  46 year old Tessa Hilt is charged with five counts of theft of a business setting.  Hilt is accused of taking the money from Waas Boring and Cable Company in Lomira.  She was the office manager from 2009 until 2014, when she left her position […]
