Gov. Scott Walker and State Patrol officials are honoring a rookie trooper killed in a shootout with a bank robber. Trevor Casper was on his first solo patrol in March when he began tailing suspect Steven Timothy Snyder. Snyder suddenly stopped his vehicle in Fond du Lac and opened fire on Casper. A Milwaukee man faces charges following a rollover crash in Dodge County that sent three young children to the hospital.
