CEDAR GROVE, Wis. (AP) — Authorities say the driver of a stolen car was killed when the vehicle collided with a semi on an interstate near the Sheboygan and Ozaukee county line.  Officials say the semi caught fire, but the driver was able to escape the rig without significant injuries Tuesday evening.
