MADISON, Wis. 9-1-15 illinois man accused of sexually assaulting fdl girl

Bail has been set at $75,000 cash for an Illinois man accused of sexually assaulting a 12 year old Fond du Lac girl.  Thirty seven year old Paul Zidarich is charged with first degree sexual assault of a child and attempted sexual assault of a child.  He is accused of fondling the girl during an incident at the child’s home two years ago.  A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September […]

9-1-15 sewer problems force closure on western avenue

A portion of Western Avenue was closed for a short time this morning.  Western Avenue near the Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office and County Jail was closed until plumbers were able to fix  a blockage in the sewer system that leads to the Safety building.  The problem was fixed this morning.
