WEST ALLIS, Wis. (AP) — Wisconsin Gov. MADISON, Wis. (AP) — The family of a biracial man who died at the hands of a Madison police officer earlier this year has filed a federal civil rights lawsuit.  Officer Matt Kenny shot Tony Robinson in March.
