OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — A Minnesota company that helps raise money for Republican candidates has abruptly closed its Oshkosh call center, cutting 153 jobs.  St. Paul, Minnesota-based Strategic Fundraising Inc. notified the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development of Monday's closing.  In a notice to state officials, Strategic Fundraising said "unforeseen circumstances" had impaired the company's continued operations and forced the closing without advance notice. 6-30-15 eden woman gets prison for stabbing boyfriend

An Eden woman convicted of stabbing her boyfriend in the back following an argument is going to prison. Fond du Lac judge Robert Wirtz sentenced 28 year old Tina Morrow to five years in prison and 18 months extended supervision.  Morrow earlier pleaded no contest to reckless injury.

6-30-15 fdl man dies in adams county motorcycle crash

A Fond du Lac man has died in a motorcycle crash in Adams County.  The Adams County Sheriff’s Office says 31 year old Curtis Albrecht of Fond du Lac was northbound on Highway Z when he veered across the center line and struck a mini-van.  He was pronounced dead at  UW Hospital in Madison.
