A Ripon man who died when his motorcycle collided with an SUV on Highway 151 Tuesday has been identified. Additional details have been released in a fatal kayaking accident on the Horicon Marsh in Horicon. The Horicon Police Department says 62 year old Phillip Clark of Jackson died in the incident on Tuesday.
