Scott Walker's administration says nearly 27,500 private-sector jobs have been added in Wisconsin over the 12-month period that ended in September.  Walker's Department of Workforce Development released the preliminary numbers Tuesday in advance of them being published officially by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics on March 19.
