2-18-15 fatal accident-washington county

TOWN OF ADDISON, Wis. (AP) — Authorities say a 28-year-old Hartford man was killed when the vehicle he was driving rear-ended a school bus in the Town of Addison. The Washington County Sheriff's Office says the man failed to stop for the bus yesterday afternoon. Officials say the bus was stopped along Highway 83 with its flashing lights activated to allow a student to exit.

2-18-15 bitter cold weather returns to badger state

The coldest temperatures so far this winter are blanketing the Badger state.   National Weather Service meteorologist Mark Kavinsky says high temps over the next couple of days will struggle to get above zero with overnight lows in the double-digits below zero and dangerous windchills.  Kavinsky says the good news is the cold snap will be relatively short-lived.  Temperatures are expected in the low to mid 20s Saturday.
