WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. (AP) — A 37-year-old Marshfield man is charged with 15 counts of theft after authorities say he took more than $46,000 from 15 Wood County residents in a Green Bay Packers ticket scam.   Patrick Blachut was charged Friday.  The criminal complaint says Blachut approached 15 people in September and offered to sell them Packers tickets.
