Republican Gov. Scott Walker has resurrected his plan to cut $15 million from Wisconsin's prescription drug program for seniors.  Walker's 2015-17 budget includes provisions from his 2011-13 budget that would require SeniorCare enrollees to first sign up the for Medicare Part D.
