1-28-15 fdl man convicted of child sex assault

A Fond du lac man accused of sexually assaulting a child several years ago has been convicted.  Thirty seven year old Anthony Tennis entered an Alford plea to a charge of repeated sexual assault of a child.  Several other charges were dismissed and read into the record.   An Alford plea does not admit guilt but acknowledges a probable guilty finding by a jury.   A sentencing hearing is scheduled […]
