(AP) — A federal grand jury will hear the case against a University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh student accused of attempting to make the deadly toxin ricin.  The case will be forwarded to the grand jury now that Magistrate Judge James Sickel found probable cause exists that Kyle Smith knowingly possessed ricin.
