MANITOWOC, Wis. (AP) — Manitowoc County sheriff's officials have identified the victims of a weekend highway crash.  Authorities say 21-year-old Andrew Preston, of Whitelaw, and 23-year-old Casey Schamburek, of Reedsville, died when their vehicle left county Highway K in the Town of Maple Grove early Saturday and struck a tree.
