WFDL news has learned a plea deal is in the works for a Fond du lac man accused of failing to prevent his wife from abusing two children.  Troy Riehl is charged with five counts including party to the crime of child neglect and abuse and failure to prevent child abuse.  According to a criminal complaint Riehl did not physically abuse the two boys, but did nothing to protect them.
