A former Rosendale man who shot and killed his wife in 1998 has been released from a state mental health facility.  Sixty six year old Keith Vandeberg was released in Madison November first following a request that was granted by Fond du Lac Judge Richard Nuss.  Vandeberg will remain under supervision of a community treatment program. OSHKOSH, Wis. (AP) — The FBI is investigating a University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh student after two professors became concerned that he might be trying to make the deadly toxin ricin.  The investigation came to light when a search warrant was filed in Winnebago County Circuit Court.   Ricin is a powdery substance that can cause respiratory failure if inhaled.
