COLUMBUS, Wis. (AP) — One person has been injured in a fire at a historic apartment building in Columbus.   Fire broke out Tuesday night at the three-story brick Tremont which was built in 1892. Columbus Fire Lt. Jerodd Fox says that 18 of 22 apartments in the building were occupied and residents were evacuated.
